When we talk about ethics in Chinese culture, we may encounter tension aroused from our culture, especially regarding the relationships between parents and children. There are voices emerging over and over again, from the media, the schools, and the social workers, urging the community to rebuild strong bonds between family members. The family is the basic building block in a community. It provides a supportive network for all to work and live happily.

As it's getting very popular to have a computer and Internet connection at home, children can go online very easily. Cyberspace is a reflection of our real world, a mixture of good and bad.
