Any person who uses the Internet can be called a citizen of the Internet society. Citizens of this virtual world are responsible for the consequences of their actions. We must respect others, obey the law, be polite, and be aware of the safety of oneself and others.

On the Internet, children may encounter materials detrimental to their healthy development. They must learn how to judge and choose what to view. Properly guide them through the fruitful resources that the Internet provides.
