Simon, a Form 6 student, who received his first credit card from his father, wanted to try e-shopping for his mother's birthday present. He surfed into an online jewelry store and purchased a gold necklace, opting to make his payment with his new credit card. According to the bank statement which came later, the transaction was successfully made. Unfortunately, the necklace never arrived.
